When did you REALLY LISTEN to the stories and experiences of people outside of your 'normal' circle? An early morning kayak and coffee trip with Grant 'Axe' Rawlinson and an amazing group of Singapore-based professionals gave that wonderful opportunity.

Good coffee, great kayaking and even better conversations! A fantastic and wonderfully diverse group of people shared their stories, goals and ideas over an early-morning kayak paddle and coffee on the shores of a beautiful island off Singapore.

Low pressure, high psych....every one of the people have the Summit Culture 'get stuff done' mindset; it was super inspiring and motivating to listen to what they are doing in community and in business.

A wonderful reminder that opportunities to 'listen to understand' are around us every day - it is for us to grab those chances!
